GROUNDHOG SEASON IS OPEN
03/09/2023@11:52a.m groundhog ran from 2599 Lee Road back yard across my yard to 2585 Lee Road porch. Possible reason for wildlife on my property, the groundhog read my website that was published on March 08,2023 and I placed decorations on my yard.
03/11/2023 @ 7:16 a.m. on a frosty cold morning a groundhog came from under 2585 Lee Road side porch into my driveway and ran back under the porch.
03/11/2023 @ 8:36 a.m. groundhog came from under the porch of 2585 Lee Road ran across my yard to the back yard of 2599 Lee Road, at a high speed. Possible reason: anytime I have my black cones in my driveway it attracts wildlife to run across my property.

03/12/2023 @ 7:26 a.m. dogwalker with a big @@@, stupid looking dog stopped at the corner of my driveway looked towards the camera/house allowed their dog to urinate . This appears to be an intentional act. Video show the dogwalker tugging the dog from 2599 Lee Road yard then tugged again when the dog tried to stop in front of my house, walked to the driveway, where the dog stopped on the edge of the driveway/grass and pissed a gallon of urine. The dogwalker then snubbed their head and walked swiftly away, like a coward. Ignorance is at an all time high.

SKUNK MATING SEASON WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET SPRAYED BY A SKUNK.
This must be an Ohio thing ,I haved lived all over the country including mountains,the national forest,and rural areas, never heard the local media make an announcement for skunks. Paying these high @@@ taxes and your tax dollars can't remove skunks from the community.
I will resume posting wildlife because I sense it's going to be amped up this year with wildlife running on my property. This is an alleged hate crime, with the use of wildlife to torture and harrass me.

Also note 2599 has no rear fence which gives access for people to walk down the side of 2592 Dartmoor to release animals. Future owners should build a rear fence to stop that traffic.

POLICE:COUPLE FOUND DEAD IN HOME WITH MORE THAN 125 CATS
This couple died and left a hoard on the mercy of the city to rescue. There is a reason city ordinances have a limit on animals and ordinaces that prohibit wildlife as pets.

According to the article bobcats were last seen in 1850. In my opinion, that bobcat did not wander here, someone released it here.

STRANGERS ARE ON THE BLOCK ARE THEY LOOKING FOR A HOUSE OR ANIMAL RESCUE?
Two properties on the block are on the market and the property in my backyard under renovation. The network of idiots are running wild.
I have come to realize I'm dealing with some disturbed idiots.
This is all they have , that laboratory of animals and whatever illegal drugs they inhaling, they have nothing and are nothing.
The have handled and cuddled them animals so long they look like grown @@@ possums, skunks, and groundhogs , a real freak show.

Giving this lady a platform to showcase her unusual pet is giving the green light to others and approval to bring wildlife into the city or remove wildlife from their natural habitat and impact the ecosystem.
Based on what I have experienced and captured on video, in this neighborhood, I know there are people petting wildlife and treat them in similar manner as this lady. The only reasons they have not came out to the public is because Cleveland Heights has a city ordinance protecting wildlife.
As stated in the article, these animals are destructive. If someone breed/train these animals, they can use their natural destructive habits, as weapons to unleash hell on neighbors, tear up yards, become a controlled nuisance and eventually force a homeowner to sell .
It is my belief that the suspected animal hoarder(s) wants to buy my property to expand/control operations on this block, drive down property values
and choose the neighbors on the block using wildlife.
Hence I'm warning the public ,if you live in this area and having issues with wildlife, there is a high possibility. a network of idiots are releasing this wildlife in your yard for a number of reasons, maybe your yard looks better than theirs, or maybe you don't socialize with them, or maybe they want a family member to buy your house, or maybe its could be the color of your skin.
Also this is another way to fleece homeowners, I was quoted $225 per animal trap, ( set the trap and pick it up to release the animal). Had I opted for that option, the cost would have exceeded tens of thousands by now.
This lady in the article is not doing anything special there are so called "pillars" in the community, so called want to be upstanding citizens working in leadership positions connected with a property in rural Ohio, breeding, importing ,training and releasing into this here block .
Based on the information I have gathered this bull#### has been going on for many, many,
many, many years. Hence, they think they are invincible. They are getting bolder everyday.
By using skunks, it will keep people inside their house, you will not be sitting on your porch at night, because a skunk can spray up to 20 feet, if it is startled.

Now that all he bare spots are covered with manicured 90% weeds, 5% grass and 5% clovers the groundhog(s) has/have been replaced with a trained skunk(s) to come out at night and dig up the yard for about an hour, each time a walker/jogger with or without a dog passes by to watch the skunk.
I no longer turn on my alarm to scare the skunk off the property, I simply collect this bull crap to post on the Internet to rack up more views.
FYI the skunk (s) did not stop me from parking in the driveway. As stated I will park in my driveway when I want to day or night.
My cameras can see the front yards of four properties across the street and there has only been a couple times I have seen a skunk on their property and it was due to me scaring the skunk off my property.
Confirmation there is NOT a wildlife issue ,it is a controlled release of wildlife onto my property that could be a form of ethnic intimidation or a hate crime.
Also I believe someone has a sick @@@ crush on me and because they know I would never give them the time of day, they use animal to get my attention.

In my opinion and based on the security cameras the wildlife is released onto the property.
Another factor is that the wildlife is bigger ,that is because they are caged/handfed/kept as pets.
Motion lights do not startle these animals, in fact they stand in the light,
Note : Memorial day,4th of July and Labor day of 2021 and 2022 there were no wildlife activities on my property because the alleged animal hoarder(s) owners were celebrating their holidays.
Every Friday (Sabbath prep) and Saturday (Sabbath) to include all my Holy days which I celebrate with decorations and or cookouts wildlife comes to my property.
Mowing my yard either a groundhog or skunk is released to dig up the yard afterwards.
Parking in the driveway skunks are sent to go under my truck and dig up the yard to try and get me to sound my alarm.
At first I used the alarm on the truck and stopped giving them any satisfaction or me running down my battery.
Visitors, contractors, Amazon, DHL,UPS,USPS seems to trigger a visit from wildlife.
Mowing my yard changing the sign prompts wildlife to run across the property at the front steps.
Adding decorations to my yard. They love to send wildlife through my yard decoration.

If I'm in the kitchen in the daytime a groundhog comes out if I go to the kitchen at night a skunk ,possum or raccoon comes out.
Not every time, enough to see a connection that I'm being watched and someone is listening to me.
When the skunk is on the property, it digs as if it is under command and leaves the property as if someone called the animal.
This is the only property where I have owned and wildlife digs like they are crazy.
They come on the property and stay a few minutes to an hour of nothing but digging and pooping in the same areas,
The reason because my yard looks better than their yard.
The groundhog dug up the front yard near the dining room window and the skunk is the late night digger, near the slope making sure I see this black @@@ skunk on the yard digging like a crackhead.
Not only are they digging but they are pooping on the yard ensuring when I mow I collect their crap or walk in that poop..
Based on the sample below and the entire collection of dates/times for the past year this is a controlled release of wildlife.
The people are up all nigh long walking /jogging stopping near or in front of my property to check or text on their cellphones when the wildlife is released.
The groundhog has to make several stands on their hind legs to alert me they are out on the property.
Other information is the appearance of the same people walking /jogging, when the wildlife is on the property and other information has identified a network of people operating this dunghill of animal release.
Importing animals from rural areas to train, feed and use to torcher me and dig up my yard.

Message to the neighbors who feel the need to curb their dogs in my yard. Cease that bull crap. There is a patch of grass owned by the city and that is where responsible dog owners should curb their dogs. Allowing your dog to roam on a persons' property off the sidewalk for your dog to urinate or poop is disrespectful and could be deemed a form of harassment or in my case a possible hate crime.
The dog owner in question started curbing their dog at the edge of the driveway and recently they allowed the dog to run up the hillside with the clovers.
One side has been killed by unknown acts now the dog owner is curbing on my last patch of clovers. I warned the dog owner to curb their dog(s) elsewhere.
The cameras are rolling/recording 24/7 to capture all the bull$#%%# on this property.

To the future owner(s) you will need to have a hunting rifle to take out all the skunks ,groundhogs raccoons and possums.
If you shoot a few of their pets, they will leave you alone because this trained wildlife is somebody 's pets who lives in close proximity.
Blow these rodents head clean off when they set foot on the property that will stop the release and transport of wildlife on this block.
The reason for the recent skunks is my failure to respond to Elli text and calls. After Elli texts and calls porn text started coming in. My words to Elli, MUCK Elli and the boat she rode in on.
Apparently, someone is jealous of my truck, hence, they are having the groundhog in the daytime run along the driveway and the skunks run up and down my driveway and property at night.
FYI Dealerships in the area have been selling this truck since 2020 if you wanted one you had means and opportunity before I purchased my first one in January 2022.

SITUATION ON GOING.
Listen up, this matter is not going to end, as the alleged hoarders may have possible POSI POWER. Heck, if the city failed to enforce the POSI ordinance they damn show not going to seek an animal hoarder, in close proximity.
As long as the hoarder contains their hoard on my yard and not other neighbors yards they are free to release their pet wildlife.
Anyone cuddling up with possums, skunks, raccoons and groundhogs have some serious personal issues.
Had I not purchase this property February 2020 and spent thousands of dollars, cleaning up years of animal hoarding, by now, this block would have been run a muck with wildlife.
After I cleaned the property up, the hoarder then builds or it is revealed to me, a network to import more rodents taken from their natural habitat to be bred, trained and released to my yard.
If not for 24/7 recording and archiving of video surveillance, I would have been as dumb founded as the former owners.
No matter how many rodents and trespassers you send to trample on my property, 2591 Lee Road is among the top five yards that is always maintained out of the 18 yards on this block and in the top three for most improved in the past two years.
Even though, I know, I will never own this property, I will continue to maintain the property until the day I leave. It's called pride of ownership, sometimes people take that for granted.

How is it possible that I was able to remove a colony of groundhogs in a season and cities with far more resources, allowed the city to be invaded by groundhogs?
The answer, someone or persons is/are hoarding those animals . Every since the movie Groundhog Day, people think this is an adorable cute animal. This is what happens when humans feed, pet and hoard wildlife. If you think this will not happen in your community ,keep on enabling the hoarders and cheering them on because they are sending wildlife to my property.
History has already showed there was a groundhog infestation on this property.
Now there appears to be a raccoon infestation on the rise. Someone in close proximity is hoarding, training, feeding and breeding wildlife!!!!!
They are not pillars of the community, they are PESTS in the community. Its been going on for many, many, many years.
This is a sickness that will not stop until an animal rescue is executed and the hoarders get mental help.

BLOCKING MOTION SENSOR
After installing motion activated sprinklers to deter wildlife and repair the bare spots in the yard, deer, rabbits, squirrels, a black cat and skunks activated the sprinklers and stayed away a couple of days.
What has not been seen on the property since installing the sprinklers are the groundhogs.
All of of a sudden the sprinklers are not working . They are working when I'm testing but as soon as I come inside they stop working.
What this confirms is someone is blocking the activation sensor and activating it to run the solar power down.
The same way they were blocking my radio signal in the kitchen. Some sour @@@ neighbor(s) is/are going to great length to block the sprinklers because it is a joy to see rodents running on my property.
As the grass gets greener at 2591 Lee Road hatemongers are coming out in full force. They are cowards using smaller animals to excercise their hate message.

Animal Hoarding is a serious mental health disorder, for those that know and coddle this behavior you are enablers of a serious mental health issue. It is cruelty to animals and a health risk to the community.
The stench that I smelled in the Spring of 2020 came from the infestation of groundhogs and other wildlife breeding, feces and dead animals in the backyard. It took thousands of dollars and a lot of my time to clean this property exterior and remove the stench. The seven raccoons that I have seen recently can quickly multiply to 70 and into hundreds in this community.
In the past 29 months, at this property, I have seen animals enter and exit the same space: groundhogs, possums, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, and cats. Sending wildlife to my property is not going to force me to move, my time is set to vacate this property and wildlife running across the property will not escalate my move or force me to sell to investors.
If you don't want certain groups of people living in your community then those like minded neighbors should form a corporation and buy the houses on that block(s) to rent or sell to who you want as your neighbors.

A STRONG RACIST MESSAGE
During the Civil Rights Movement german sheperds and fire hoses were used to control those marching for Civil Rights. The same way they train dogs to sniff out drugs they also trained them to attack People of Color.
As a child of the 60's, my neighbors shared their stories of dog attacks and showed their dog bites when they walked on certain streets in the town.
Even though the dogs and owners could be
identified none were fined nor were the dogs put down for their assualts.
If police saw a group of People of Color gathered in a yard,they would release a dog to disburse the group.
After several dog attacks the meetings shifted to churches, whereby church was held from morning to evening, to include serving meals.
In the back of the church were civil rights organizers planning marches.
As I review the survelliance videos, I know that the groundhogs,possums,skunks and raccoons are intentionally released to send a racially charged message to me .
I base my allegations on the time of day or night the animal comes onto my property,how long it stays,what direction the animal came from, where does the animal travel while on my property and the exit direction of the animal.
Also note that any animal can be trained to do certain tricks, under command of someone who is feeding and caring for them.
For example, there are two groundhogs that are released onto my property. One is a brown male and the other is a gray female. These two groundhogs would have produced up to 14 pups since March 2021 and there would be groundhogs running about the neighbors yards and my yard.
Groundhogs are vegetarians,why would a groundhog bypass a yard full of flora and thick grass to come and dig in my yard where there is barely grass.
Answer: the groundhogs are trained to go into that spot and rewarded with a treat.
The groundhogs only come out at ceratin times and on certain days,which means they are released and not living as a wild groundhog.
I have tracked the wildlife at night on my property ,they are released around the same time at night. Roam around the front and back yard for a few minutes and leave.
The wildlife that I have seen are larger than normal and this is because they are caged and fed by humans.
Another coincedence,the same person is walking by my house minutes before or after wildlife comes onto my property.
Most recently during daylight hours, seven raccoons all at once, came on my front yard,stayed for a minute and ran across the yard. This is a sign of an infestation about to get out of control.
Apparently it was a test run for the pups or someone is really angry. This sighting of seven raccoons also coincides with investors calling and I'm not answering their calls.
At first it was one raccoon, then two,now seven. To an animal hoarder, to see raccoons running a muck on the properties is pure joy. To most people they are rodents.
In conclusion,the few minutes in a day that wildlife is on my property lets me know they are released, trained and caged in close proximity.
Apparently, the wildlife has a job,cannot roam freely like most wildlife and celebrate Memorial day, there was no wildlife activity on May 30,2022.

I have owned two properties that shared the same location of wildlife, one was in a rural area and the other my backyard property line was the National Forest.
In the decade that I resided at these properties, I never had a problem with groundhogs, raccoons, possums or skunks.
To the future owner of 2591 Lee Road, if you are not accepted in this community, you can expect a trained groundhog to dig and eat the yard near the driveway.
The area near the steps and driveway have been reseeded four times. As if under a command, when the grass grows, the groundhog makes its way over to dig in that area. This groundhog will not be seen daily, it will make appearance when certain events transpire.
In 2020, I exterminated an entire colony of groundhogs and other wildlife that had made itself at home on the property. Now its one trained groundhog that is being used as a pet to harass me.
Based on surveillance footage it is apparent whenever certain events transpire on this property wildlife must also be released onto the property.
Placing grass seeds and hay in the front yard triggered possums, raccoons and skunks were released onto my front yard and none came in the rear that had hay and seeds.
Also note trespassers posing as a utility contractor and a solicitor had to walk upon my yard. Same thing happened last year, laid the hay and seeds here come trespassers and wildlife.
The powers to be will not allow landscapers to work on my yard nor will they allow me to work without their #@$@@#$@@ interference.
Again these are controlled trespassers.
To my Collective Oppressors of wildlife/trespassers this is all the fanfare you will see. Thanks for the footage.
To future owners of this property it would behoove you to invest in surveillance cameras to see this wicked @@@ @@@@!!
I 'm almost certain the former owners sold this property at a loss because of the wildlife taking over. The colony of groundhogs came from ANIMAL HOARDERS they were out of control and over populated.
I would not be surprised if someone is hoarding possums, raccoons and skunks to release at precise times.
Everyone who has seen the videos will agree this is controlled wildlife, with intent to harass, provoke a reaction to get my attention and force me to move or build them a fence.
Apparently someone thought I was going to build a free fence when I had the flags going down the sides of the property, this is one of many reasons why I get an excess of wildlife because I didn't build the fence.
Future owners may want to invest in a solid panel fence or concrete fence down both side of the property as these are the entries for wildlife, they never come from the street side. I had an estimate to install a solid wood panel fence for both sides came to over $20,000.
