In the near future before the statutes of limitations expires, my allegations will be filed in the court.

The damages I have suffered and will suffer are from the alleged intentional collective acts of those who offered services and/or were part of the transfer of 2591 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118 in Cuyahoga County on February 14,2020.

Tanesha Speed, Keller Williams ,Pepper Pike, former realtor allegedly, knowingly and intentionally failed to disclose the Point of Sale Inspection in November 2019, or at anytime prior or after signing the contract for realtor services.

The purchase agreement was sent via email while I was traveling through the state of Arizona to Ohio.

At a blink of an eye, over a quarter of a million dollars was allegedly stolen.
