ALLEGEDLY LURED AND ROBBED BLIND BY GANG OF PROFESSIONALS Published -03/14/2022
Lured to Ohio under an alledged false pretense of a fully rehabbed house in a diverse law abiding neighborhood/city.
I chose to work with a female realtor of Color with over a decade of experience. Never would I thought Tanesha Speed ,Keller Williams, Pepper Pike, would have set me up for financial ruins. I requested Cleveland, Speed informed me that a better fit would be in the Shaker Heights neighborhood. She sent me listings for Shaker, University and Cleveland Heights.
At the time there were only a few VA homes available for purchase.
I will never forget Speed, laughing on all the phone calls. I will never forget the home inspectors laughing during the inspection. I will never forget Jeremiah laughing on the phone calls. I will never forget the lender laughing on the last phone call. I will never forget the notary laughing during the signing.
To include all those in authority, thought it was a good belly buster of a laugh. as none of them performed their job to enforce the laws.
Apparently, these professionals thought it was a comical situation to be a part of the February 14,2020 alleged robbery by pen.
They were so excited they bumped my closing date up from the 20th to the 10th and closed on 14th.
To sum this nightmare up, I arrived flushed with cash from the sale of my California property, savings and debt free.
February 2020,I opened a local bank account within a few weeks it was drained due to excessive repairs, COVID and the travel ban stopped me from abandoning this dunghill of a house.
As fast as I could fund my account it was drained.
By September 2021, I closed the account with a penny balance. The bank invested in labor, paper, ink and postage to send me my penny balance check, in which I never cashed.
Instead of planning my retirement years, I am planning on joining the homeless population.
It will be a bitter sweet day but I will allow this foreclosure to run its course to become an official documented foreclosed property in Cleveland Heights.
