This is sad and so true how People of Color are reamed at dealerships. This photo should be an embarssment to all People of Color,this is a mockery of how we are treated at dealerships.

Even though this is extreme, as a Woman of Color, it is one of the dreaded things I hate to engage in due to the fact I know that no matter how well my deal may appear ,I know another Buyer would have better deal.

Buying a vehicle is part of the deal ,we pay more when it comes to servicing our vehicles. I watched a video, where Caucausain mechanics were giving each other high fives for charging a customer $600 for an oil change. Judging by the mechanic's shop it was not a high end dealership.

If they don't get us with the trade in, the sale or financing they will defintley get us with the over priced subpar service and insurance.

LISTS OF KILLINGS BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE UNITED STATES

I recently particpated in a group forum, where the topic was police shootings, to my surprise Caucasians are killed more often than People of Color.

In fact, hundreds of people are killed by law enforcement each year. From 1970 to 2008 only 282 people were killed by police.

In 2009, the death toll jumped to 73, the highest deaths was in 2015 with 853 deaths by police.

What is most notable is that Barack Obama was elected and relected president from 2009-2017.

Only a few police killings make nationwide coverage that so happen to be People of Color.

So why do we only see People of Color killed by police on national media?

1. Tragedy creates prosperity,the media, protestors and high profile celeberties flock to the city of tradgedy, they all patronize local merchants for food, hotel and shopping that generate revenue for the city. Most of the time merchants inflate their prices due to high demand and limited supplies.

Police over time will be required and possibly help from the National Guard, who are paid with tax payer dollars.

Insurance claims filed and paid in the event rioters destroy the city.

2. To intimidate and place fear in People of Color.

Willie Lynch Letter fear will control the slave.

3. Entertainment Content, millions of views are generated from the actions of police,families grieving,funerals,riots and the trial of the police all creat millions of views for individuals and news You Tube channels.

As one killing dies down, the media finds another killing to promote and capitalize on.

While cities across the country create tasks force to investigate police killings, that does little for the grieving family.

My suggestion to all People of Color is to buy life insurance.

It's a fact that People of Color do not purchase life insurance compared to other races.

There is no guarantee that your family member will win a settlement in court, if a police shoot them down or choke them out to death.

This income tax season start investing in your family, buy LIFE insurance, pay the policy in full make this committment for your family every year.

Life insurance is affordable. Know that as soon as you produce a death certificate for the insurance company, a check will be deposited in your bank account.

The POSI is spreading in Ohio as People of Color flee POSI cities to non POSI cities. The state of ILLINOIS has over 150 POSI cities/villages. I say again, the POSI ,in my opinion and experience is a form of slavery.

This POSI is so wrong, on so many levels. You just can't see what it is doing to your bottomline, because you are caught up in the system ,the more you make the more they take. If you want to live in this city, stand up and do something for the future of building a great city for future generations.

Technically, you are not homeowners, you are enters with a little more freedom. In comparsion to a house slave and field slave,both are slaves, living in the same mess, one has a few more perks.

I pray, that when I exit this POSI, that you rise up , ban the POSI and fight for lower taxes, otherwise you are just a tax slave, with no control over your abode. You are not King or Queen of your castle, when someone else is wearing your crown. Claim your crown Rise up! All not Equal nor Welcome!!!

WHY IS THIS INCLUDED WITH THE POINT OF SALE INSPECTION?

In my opinion, the POSI is a form of mordern day slavery, based on my own experience, when I purchased property in Cleveland Heights,Ohio, February 2020.

Caucasian sellers were able to transfer 2591 Lee Road without a release letter to the title company from the city of Cleveland Heights or in accordance to the POSI ordinace and none were prosecuted.

Per the city attorney, they did not have enough evidence to prosecute anyone, not even the realtor, who failed to give me a copy of the POSI prior to purchase.

Close to a quarter of a million dollars was allegedly STOLEN from a Woman of Color and not a darn thing happened, it was business as usual. Add salt to the wound, the property was not worth more than $84k with excessive repairs,not noted during the inspection. Church bells started ringing on the hour and every 15 minutes within the hour,after purchase. Tons of yard debris and wildlife infestation was removed from the property.

Add more salt to the wound,the property will and has been taxed at $216K, alleged robbery on top of robbery.

What a racket,this POSI.

If you have not done so, in your lifetime, take a moment to listen to the audio by Willie Lynch, The Willie Lynch Letter , making of a slave. Wow, Willie would be proud his recipe is still working as he planned.

My educated opinion is derived from public documents ,court cases,speaking with current and former residents of Cleveland Heights and my experience from surving in Cleveland Heights since purchase to present day to day bullcrap operation.

This is a prime example of mordern day slavery, whereby certain persons of a certain race have no rights and thought to be lesser than human.

Laws are enforced to some people and not others. Legal representation is limited or not availble if you want to file a lawsuit.

Ponder these questions:

Why the POSI is not in all 88 counties in Ohio and active in 21 or 22 cities mostly in Cuyahoga County,where the highest population of People of Color own property in Ohio?

FYI: Point of Sale Inspections are in Illinois in 150 communites, another high population for People of Color.

Will the number of cities increase,in Ohio, if the population of People of Color increase in non POSI cities?

Why have the POSI residents not overturned this ordinance?

Why are People of Color comfortable with the POSI?

States with slavery language still in their constitutions

As of November 2022,there are 21 states in the United States that have slavery included in their constitutions,Ohio is included.

Why is it taking so long to remove a few words from their state constitution.

Possible answer : Because it's still in practice and mega dollars are tied to this act.

Regardless of the world's technological advances ,slavery will never be forgotten and the blatant injustices that are common day occurances with little or no legal recourse for the victims.

Thankfully, a few people decided in 2018 ,to form Abolish Slavery National Network ,to bring attention to the sleeping giant and remove slavery from the costitutions in the states that are having difficulty removing slavery from the constitution.

SLAVERY IS STILL LEGAL IN OHIO. A GROUP OF STATE LAWMAKERS WANTS TO CHANGE THAT

In 2016, Ohio lawmakers could not approve the removal of six words from Ohio Constitution "unless for the punishment of crime".

Ohio Article 1 Section 6 Slavery and involuntary servitude(1851)

There shall be no slavery in this state ,nor involuntary servitude,unless for the punishment of a crime.

I'm not a lawyer or lawmaker, it appears that based on the words of this Article, prisoners in the state of Ohio can be subjected to slavery,for the punishment of their crime.

There is big money in slavery. The fact that Ohio became the first and only state to sell a prison to a private company raise questions. There is a documentary that tells the story Prisons for Profit.
