Because I personally don't give a flying flip who you are, what you can do, how long you lived in Cleveland Heights, how many critters/trespassers you send to my property , how high the taxes ,who you know at City Hall or how many other properties you have purchased with a similar situation, 2591 Lee Road is not for sale or rent nor do I want to tango with investors with any creative bull crap transfer.

You are going to help salvage my credit, after I have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on this bull crap property is not a solution to the problems which are ,to name a few, alleged breach of contract, mortgage fraud, interstate wire fraud, housing discrimination and other white collar crimes. Prosecuting mortgage fraud and banning the POS are steps in the right direction.

This is not an isolated case people are losing or lost their home in Cleveland Heights because of some bull##@# POS mess and /or these excessive unjust taxes.

This property never would have sold for $232K and to be taxed for $216K is double dipping highway robbery.

LEAVES WERE PICKED UP NOVEMBER 29,2022 -STILL OWED

Finally, the first round of leaves were picked up, based on the ending time of December 09,2022 and the fact the city stated they completed their first round this concludes leaf pick up.

The citizens of Cleveland Heights are owed a second installment. The limited space on the tree line does not offer enough room to place all the leaves on the tree line.

On paper they claimed two pick ups, in reality, only one pick up was executed.

What this could mean is that someone was paid to perform the first installment and failed to execute or there was no funding to perform the leaf pick up, nonetheless the people did not get their full leaf pick up for 2022 and that is a crying shame.

The leaf contract or allocation are thousands maybe tens of thousands of your tax dollars. You are paying full price for half of the services and that is fishy.

THE CITY HAS FAILED TO PICK UP LEAVES FOR THE SECOND TIME - NO LEAF PICK UP ON 11/23/2022

Taxes were allocated for leaf pick up and there are no leaves pick up. Piles of leaves are on the tree line and sidewalks waiting for pick up. They want your taxes but they can't perform the services that has been paid for by the tax payers.

Per the leaf collection page " First Collection Completed. THE CITY is now onto the Second Collection."

Making false statements on the leaf map that leaves were pick up on 11/3/2022 on this block.

When will leaves be picked up?

Per the Leaf Collection Progress leaves were picked up on 11/3 and next pick up is for 11/23. No leaves were picked up on this block 11/3 or at anytime during the month of November 2022.

This is total bull crap. Maybe if they had tracking on their trucks they would know if the trucks went on that route.

FAILURE TO PERFORM PAID SERVICES, THE PEOPLE SUFFER.

Twenty days passed and leaves have not been picked up off the tree line. Why? Possible reasons because the city don't have enough funding or choose not to contract with local landscapers to help with this major task or its not a priority on their list or maybe they are not going to tell the people they too are not picking up leaves.

The first snow plows hit the streets 11/20/2022 pushing snow and leaves down the road.

This will become a problem, as the leaves will cover the sewer and not allow the snow to melt into the sewer.

When the snow has no place to drain ,it will form puddles on the roads and freeze over causing slick streets.

What happened to the funding? Leaves were picked up last year and not this year.

New York has already proven that there will be a heavy snowfall this year. Those leaves need to be cleared by any means possible so that the snow can melt into the sewer,

FYI: These are your property tax dollars that make leaf pick up happen, if it is not done promptly, you should be complaining to the city to perform their duties. When you paid them high @@@ taxes in 2022 you paid for leaf pick up in 2022 not the spring of 2023.

It's a simple solution-contract with local landscapers to clean up the leaves-this task could be achieved in a matter of days before the heavy snow fall comes.

Unlike Cleveland, they told residents they were not picking up their leaves, after they allocated funding and raised taxes.

What kind of malarkey is this?

Who will foot this bill? A high possibility, the poor , over taxed property owners are going to foot this bill. When you fail to protest your taxes, you are saying you agree to that amount of property tax.

Dispute your taxes even though you know they will not grant you a reduction.

DON'T GET SKUNKED!

There are some big @@@ skunks allegedly being released to stench up my truck and anyone who parks in their driveway.

Per a professional detailer, if your vehicle is skunked, it will cost thousands of dollars to remove the stench and there is no guarantee the stench will be gone.

For those who park in their driveway ,know that someone has an axe to grind, as they don't have luxury vehicles, in their driveway,

Be very carful, as these skunks appear to be cross bred with some other animal or injected with hormones and allegedly under command by a network of idiots, in close proximity.

The animals may have tracking devices ,cameras or a walkie talkie strapped under that fur, as their movements are too precise.

CITY TRASH AND LAWN DEBRIS COLLECTORS:

YOU ARE SERVANTS TO ALL TAX PAYERS.

FYI: when you applied for the job as trash collectors you were hired as a paid servant to ALL taxpayers of this city.

On October 4,2022 my yard debris bags were not picked up and prior to that. missed carts (two times) were not dumped.

My account is up to date and never late. So why the missed collections.

I contacted Cleveland Heights Utilities and discovered they do NOT offer a credit for missed collections , per the operator someone is sent out to pick up the missed collection.

This did not happen, when I called about my collection missed, the dispatched stated I will inform the supervisor. Made no mention that he would send someone out.

When a homeowner trash /yard debris are not picked up it devalues their property/curb appeal. Homeowners who have paid their garbage bills are deprived of their paid services.

This is could be a form of theft and selective collection, paying in full for services and receiving partial services ,plus there is no monetary credit set up for the deprived homeowner.

We no longer can pile all our trash out on the tree line, it is limited to the cart size. A missed collection for some families would be a backlog in trash.

There is also public safety, when bags/tree debris are left on the curb, the wind from traffic could blow the debris into traffic or it is pushed onto the sidewalk.

Also I discovered they have no way of knowing where the trucks are on their route, per the dispatcher on duty.

I'm simply blown away that a tracking system is not linked on these expensive garbage trucks.

We are paying these high @@@ taxes and don't have a tracking system on garbage trucks.

A fleet tracking system is a valuable tool to help manage the fleet, it can detect if a worker is idle to long at one spot, faster locating in case of break down, theft, possibly lower insurance and at a click of a button all units can be visible on the map.

To homeowners, if you have a missed collection do not hesitate to call dispatch at 216-691-7300 and demand they send someone out to pick up your collections.

PROWLER ON PROPERTIES 2599,2591 AND 2585

On August27,2022 around 9:45p.m. I saw a human figure walking in the backyard of 2599 at 9:56 p.m. a big possum came from that side ran around to my front yard and vanished in the back yard of 2585.

Around 11:59 p.m. a slim crack head looking male walked around 2599 driveway came though the hedges ,walked across my front yard near my truck, where I yelled at the crackhead, he continued walking through 2585 front yard.

12:59:35 a.m. -1:05:18 a.m. Cleveland Heights police (3 squads) arrived and I informed them there was a prowler walking through the yards.

They checked the properties, asked for a description of prowler and left. The response was slow because I did not call 911.

The next time I see you all prowling in the backyards I will be calling 911 because this is going on too long apparently someone is trying to do some scare tactic bullcrap or they are casing the houses.

Running down the side of 2599 ,when they see all the cars are gone in the driveway, then without fail here comes a skunk ,possum , raccoon or groundhog if its daytime. Now they have escalated it to a crack head running across the yard. This is some sick@@@ mess .

If my presence on this block is bothering you that much, to stoop to this level, then you have verified who you are and who I am in reference to the Bible.

Someone is playing a joke at tax payers expense, the prowler was on my property from 11:59:07 -11:59:23 police arrived at 12:59:35 -1:05:18. Police time is valuable your prank pulled police from other serious issues.

To the crack pipe, pasty, pickled, petty, pathetic ,pitiful, piece of a person, who orchestrated this prank, you did not stop me from parking in my driveway.

If they look, act and walk like a crackhead then chances are they are crackheads.

Based on the footage of that night and the week I have a very strong clue, who sent the crackhead to my property.

Crack is dangerous it will make you chase wildlife at night and do anything for a fix.

YOUR BRAIN IS ON CRACK!

Be advised there are no ILLEGAL activities or drugs at 2591 Lee Road, no one is using, manufacturing, selling, holding, investing ,supporting or knowingly associated with any drug cartels.

To the neighbors 2 doors north this is the second time I have asked your household to keep your dogs off my property. I know who you are and know why you are doing what you are doing. Walking your dogs up and down the block like you all running some #$#!@!

Your dogs need to stay on the sidewalk not on my steps or property otherwise I will escalate this matter to a legal situation .

FYI per Cleveland Heights city ordinance only two dogs or cats or combination of one each are allowed per dwelling.

I suggest you read the city ordinance for your dogs.

INTERFERANCE WITH VIDEO

While shooting video near the street on Thursday, August 18,2022 the video was intercepted by an unknown frequency causing a portion of my video shoot to flicker and at times turning off the camera.

After viewing the surveillance video, timing it with the flickering of the street video shoot and process of elimination.

I have an idea who or where the interference is coming from and who is behind the frequency interference.

I will be back to reshoot another street shoot .

This also explains why my 10 hour portable radio is turned off within a couple of hours when working in the front yard. Thankfully, I have more than one.

Possible Animal Hoarding in the 2500 block of Lee Road: Check out the wildlife page.

After reviewing over 20 months of video surveillance there is a high possibility someone is training, breeding and hoarding wildlife to come at precise times onto my property. Yes, it is my property until I return it back to the bank.

Maybe that's why the former owner sold the property in the winter time when most wildlife are hibernating.

This is probably why Jenks could not sell the property for $121K in July 2019 because it was run over by groundhogs.

Future owners of this property, you have been warned!!!!!!!!

After purchasing in February 2020, I had to deal with a colony of groundhogs in the front and back yard. In hindsight, this was a hoard that had gotten out of control.

Now there is a rise of trained raccoons, and skunks, if and when this hoard gets out of control, it will be a health and safety risk to all that jog, walk and live on the 2500 block of Lee Road.

I have purchased everything on the market to rid these rodents in a humane way and they just keep coming back stronger and bigger.

They are bigger because someone is feeding them in cages and they are not hunting for food in the wild. This is also a way of training the animals they are dependent on the hoarder to feed them.

Skunks, groundhogs, possums and raccoons are being released onto this property to force me to move.

Coincidently, the wildlife on my property coincides with investors calling me trying to get me to do a creative transfer of sale, some three year rental and pay me later crap.

To all the investors and potential buyers you can wait on this property to go through the proper procedure for foreclosure.
