CLEVELAND HEIGHTS VIOLATIONS

Avoid fines that could lead to liens on your home or jail time. Around June 2014 Cleveland Heights decided to give fewer warnings for violators of weeds ,tall grass ordinance.

The violations also cover the appearance of your property. Case in point,

Tamara Adrine -Davis, a disabled woman of Color, encountered fines and possible jail time for chipped paint, loose front porch and a broken gutter.

This also explains why I tried to hire a landscaper in 2020 and all of them after giving me a quote were intercepted by an unknown person telling them not to mow my yard, two mowed my yard three times in 2020.

Recently, I bumped into one of the landscapers, who gave me a quote and he told me that an unknown person told him to find another yard to mow and have no association with me.

If not for my former landscaping skills, I too could have racked up thousands, jail time and a lien attached to the property for over grown weeds violation.

FYI: the large hillside where I planted the clovers were vandalized. After reviewing the surveillance video and photos it is proof someone poisoned the clovers. I have a bald hillside with weeds, a groundhog eating the other part of the yard and my yard is still maintained weekly.

For this reason, I do the bare minimum to maintain the yard and take photos every time I work on the property.

To the vandals, the camera does not blink.

For this reason is why the Point of Sale Inspection should be banned, if a person can no longer maintain their property they can sell and downsize to a smaller home.
