The yard sign on 2591 Lee Road need to comply to the 20 feet ordinance and all other signs can be as close as they want to the sidewalk or any size.

Why have a city sign ordinance?

Possible Answers: For messages they don't approve, select enforcement, violate freedom of speech , threaten certain homeowners with unknown legal actions and place liens on their property for excessive unjust fines.

In other words, mute the message ,generate excessive fees, and place fear in others who might want to exercise their freedom of speech.

This may also fall under blatant housing discrimination, some property owners can place signs anywhere and any size on their property, while others must abide by the city ordinance.

Also note during my holy days I place small flags on the yard for decorations and ribbon on my signs. Wonder where they got the idea to place tape on a stick and let it blow in the wind.


City council members and the Mayor live in this area and chances are they travel on Lee Road and see the signs not in compliance with the city ordinance.

It is apparent that the sign ordinance is enforced selectively

If you are not walking, jogging, riding a bike or slow down, or pull into the driveway you will not be able to read my sign. If its not a "for sale" sign it can not be placed where it can get visibility.


This was a well calculated move, weeks after the new leadership was sworn into office ,two years from date of the purchase of this property and the end of the statute of limitation for the POSI violation. A notice was sent to me to correct my signage.


The city said its not my content, it's the complaints and city ordinance violation. I beg the differ.

If you are walking on the sidewalk or driving northbound you will not see the sign until you pass the hedges.

Visibility three doors down not blocking driveway former placement of the sign. When the bank place this house on the market, I can assure you the realtor will use this spot..

Everyone on the 2500 block of Lee R Road and the majority throughout Cleveland Heights can place signs anywhere they choose on their property, except for me.


The city action to send me a notice of violation, validates that my website and the scriptures have merit, power and truth.

Prior to the notice I was expressing my freedom of religion with a scripture on the sign.

Now ,thanks to the notice, the scripture was replaced with a full blown website that is updated often, plus all the scripture signs I had posted outside.

I am being made an example of and at the same time warning the people of the bloody sword in this terrible land.

This city is acting badly ,a change for the good of the people must come by choice or by force.

Slavery was not abolished or rather toned down over night and this beast of a POSI is the great, great, great grandchild of slavery.

Willie Lynch the making of a slave blueprint has ensured that slavery continues throughout generations, even with the advances of technology and a few People of Color becoming billionaires and millionaires.

I have owned properties all over the country and Cleveland Heights is the worst housing situation, I have ever been a part of in my lifetime.

It has been a honor and a horror to witness this beast face to face, otherwise I never would believe this POSI beast is dumping dung on so many people, for so long.

Wake up People, this is not the normal way of buying and selling real estate. You should be able to sell when and to whomever you choose without paying hefty escrows and making unnecessary repairs that will drain you of your equity and most of all rob your family of generational wealth.

The mega church takes up two blocks, pay the least taxes,

have the most traffic tearing up Lee road ,

the biggest noise polluter on the block,

playing loud church bells sometimes on the hour and every fifteen minutes and have several signs on their property.

The two gray frames are for their temporary signs for special events. 

Be advised future owner of 2591 Lee Road the Church can and have  rang their church bells daily on the hour and every 15 minutes from 9 am to 9pm  you can visit the church website to see their bell collection.

I have lived near mega churches in other states and they only ring  prior to worship services or at noon time daily.

Many neighborhoods across the country have filed complaints and  prevailed against church bells ringing loudly and excessively.


Professional Realtors abide by the city ordinance when installing their signs. Sign located within the 2500 block of Lee Road. They can have their sign near the sidewalk and I must comply with the 20ft ordinance. All the hoopla to push my sign back and this house has not sold, been on the market since December 2021 and pending twice .

 Contractors can place their sign near the sidewalk. The contractor is copying the realtor surely they must be right.



ADDRESS ON A TREE SIGN EXCEEDS SIX FEET WITH A SECOND SIGN IN THE YARD.


Bright orange number sign no complaints about this sign. It's taller than the street sign and just under the powerlines.

To the future homeowner the bright orange numbers are clearly visible from all windows on the front year round and porch .

This is one of the reason, why I have curtains on the front porch to block that orange giant sign.

That number sign impacts two houses that so happen to be owned by People of Color.

Take a walk down this block you will see 16 houses with their front windows/blinds open and two houses with curtains drawn 24/7.

This is why the hedges and the rotten tree was on the property to block the number sign.

As a landscape artist, I appreciate whimsical landscaping ideas.

The problem comes into play when properties within the 2500 block of Lee Road are allowed to place any size sign anywhere on their property and I must comply or face an unknown action from the city.

FYI: I am the one that paid for the survey of the property, cleared this hilltop, removed an old rotten tree, all the hedges, a colony of groundhogs that lived under the hedges, plowed and planted clovers for the bee population. All of the above cost me thousands of dollars. Now I'm not allowed to use the area on my property.

It is my daily prayer, that People of Color cease buying into Point of Sale Inspections and Home Owners Associations Communities. The city ordinances and by laws were written by their lawyers to prevail in any situation.

My personal experience owning in two HOA's and one POS has been almost identical, when it comes to enforcement of their rules. Caucasian neighbors were never sent letters for violations that were in close proximity of my property.

This is my first and last POS city I will ever own in as it is worst than a HOA.

A HOA is a section in a city but a POS is the city . Too much government hovering over your most valuable assets.

In the two years, I have witnessed lack of enforcement for Caucasian residents/realtors and stricter for myself. No one could enforce the POS violation but they have the resources to enforce sign placement.

It is all just a coincidence, after the statute of limitation expired for the alleged POS violation, open up the wound with more bull crap.

From November 2021 to March 3,2022 investors were blowing up my phone wanting to buy my property. By accident, I answered the phone and spoke to one of the investors, a native of Cleveland Heights, on January 24,2022.

The investor wanted to buy my property in three years and rent it for $1800 a month, while they completed any repairs. In short, I denied the investor and stopped answering my phone.

I posted on princessadaisrael.com that I would not be selling or renting my property.

Apparently, the investors were pissed off and they had to complain about my signage placement.

It takes the collective acts of hatemongers to blatantly violate my civil rights to steal my property.

Bottom line if I don't sell my property to an investor I must comply with the city sign ordinance or face actions from the city.

Funny no one called about the makeshift wire fence near the sidewalk, why because that devalued my property.

FYI I am former landscaper/designer/owner my property in two years look better than homeowners who have owned for decades in this city and on this block.

They can't stand when my property looks better than theirs ,send in the groundhogs, skunks, raccoons, possums

trespassers ,blow grass clippings in my driveway, throw trash in my yard, curb your dogs on my property ,ring the church bells every hour on the hour and every 15 minutes when I'm working in the yard, call the police and zoning and my property will still look better than most on this block with me doing my bear minimum.

In other cities, zoning letters are sent with full details.

When asked to correct a violation, it is given with a number of days from the date on the letter, not "immediately". Because immediately may mean different times for people.

Failure to comply will have a structure of fines, "take further action" is a bully response.

I have contacted zoning by email and voicemail requesting what action will be taken if my sign is not corrected. No response.

WHAT ACTION will be taken? By not disclosing the ACTION in the city ordinance it makes it even more unjust.

I have also spoken with a member of city council who stated they would contact zoning. Councilperson, I will NOT be making any appearance at the town meetings.

I have complied to the city ordinance and I will let a HIGHER POWER deal with this alleged injustice.

For example, violations of any part of the POS is $1000 and or six months in jail, it is a misdemeanor. Not one person paid a fine or served a day in jail for NOT disclosing the POS prior to my purchase of a $232,500 property.

The city could not find enough evidence to prosecute not even the realtor who sold me the property without disclosing the POS before purchase.

It never cease to amaze me that after I make substantial improvements to a property shady investors want to steal the property with their creative terms.

If I opt not to agree to their terms they start working their wicked ways to steal the property through trumped up calls to police , zoning and the IRS.

I'm waiting on their creative and unjust bull crap that they will collectively devise with the courts, to force me out of the property because my choice of foreclosure is taking too long for investors.

For the three city ordinances I have been involved within two years, POS violation, noise complaint and sign placement this is more than enough reasons why People of Color should NEVER buy into these communities.

Same mess, same wicked people, different city.

As far as the sign, it will remain in compliance with the city ordinance while hundreds of signs in Cleveland Heights are out of compliance.

I'm not wasting my energy or time with this bull crap but I am making it known to the most vulnerable people in the housing industry.

Read the Codified Sign Ordinance signs have been out of order. by homeowners and businesses, in close proximity, before I purchased this property and still remain out of order.
